Permanently Delete Facebook Messages
How To Permanently Delete Facebook Messages
Step 1. Click the "Messages" symbol on your Facebook homepage. The Messages icon is located in the top left corner and appears like two tiny overlapping speech bubbles.
Step 2. Click the conversation having the message or messages you want to delete. If it is not provided on the preliminary Messages pop-up home window, click "See All" to watch every one of your personal messages. Click the discussion on that particular checklist including the message you intend to erase.
Step 3. Click the "Actions" button and then click "Delete Messages" on the Activities drop-down menu.
Step 4. Click the check boxes located alongside the messages you want to erase.
Click "Delete" and after that click "Delete Messages" to validate that you want to erase the chosen messages.
Idea
To erase a whole discussion instead of private messages, click "Delete Conversation" after clicking the Actions menu in the third action.
Warning
Erasing a private message in your Messages inbox does not erase it from the inbox of your conversation partner.
