On Mobile
1. Open Facebook.This will open your Facebook News Feed if you're already logged into Facebook on your phone or tablet computer.

2. Tap Photo (iPhone) or Photo/Video (Android). On Android, you must touch the Standing box (which says "What gets on your mind?") on top of the News Feed prior to you can tap Photo/Video.
