How Do You Report Someone On Facebook
On Mobile
1. Open Facebook Application.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Tap the search bar at the top of the screen, key in the name of the person you intend to report, tap their name, and afterwards touch their account picture.
3. Tap More. This option is near the top of the user's page, just listed below and to the right of their name.
4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It remains in the pop-up menu. Doing so brings up an additional food selection with reporting options.
5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Faucet one of the complying with choices in the menu:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else
6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you chose either the Making believe to Be Someone alternative or the I Wished to Assist choice, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "That are they claiming to be?" section.
- I Want to Help-- Tap a reason (e.g., Suicide or Harassment) in the "Can you offer us some more details?" area.
7. Tap Send. It's a blue button at the end of the display.
8. Tap Done when prompted. Doing so validates that your record was sent.
On Desktop
1. Open Facebook. Most likely to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's web browser. This will certainly open your News Feed if you're currently logged into Facebook.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Click the search bar at the top of the screen, key in the name of the individual you want to report, click their name, and afterwards click their account image. Conversely, locate as well as click their name in your Information Feed.
3. Click ⋯. It's snuggled in the bottom-right corner of the cover picture at the top of their account page. Doing so triggers a drop-down menu.
4. Click Give feed back or report this profile. It remains in the pop-up food selection. This opens a window with various reporting choices.
5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Click among the adhering to alternatives in the home window:

7. Click Send. This blue switch remains in the bottom-right corner of the home window.
8. Click Done when prompted. This validates that your report has been sent out.
