Deactivate Account Facebook Permanently
To Deactivate Your Account: Permanently
Deactivating your account does not fully remove it. When you deactivate your account, Facebook saves every one of your settings, images, as well as information in case you determine to reactivate your account. Your information isn't gone-- it's simply hidden. However, it is possible to delete your account permanently with no alternative for recuperation.
NOTE: You need to only do this if you are absolutely sure you wish to permanently delete your Facebook account.
To delete your Facebook account, follow this link to the Delete My Account web page. If you want to save pictures and blog posts from your account, click Download Info. After that click Delete Account.
To Deactivate Your Account: Temporarily (If you transform your mind).
1. Click the drop-down arrow on the toolbar, after that select Settings.
2. The Settings web page will show up. Click Manage Account.
3. Click Deactivate your account.
4. Select a factor for deactivating the account. If you want, you can include even more details in the message box listed below. When you're done, click Deactivate.
5. Select Deactivate Currently.
6. Your account is currently deactivated. You'll have the choice to reactivate your account at any time by signing in to Facebook with your old account info.
