Step 1. Click the "Messages" icon on your Facebook homepage. The Messages icon lies in the leading left edge and also appears like two small overlapping speech bubbles.

Step 2. Click the conversation including the message or messages you wish to delete. If it is not listed on the initial Messages pop-up home window, click "See All" to see every one of your exclusive messages.
