How Do You Report Somebody On Facebook
On Mobile
1. Open Up Facebook App.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Tap the search bar at the top of the screen, type in the name of the person you want to report, tap their name, and then tap their account picture.
3. Tap More. This choice is near the top of the user's web page, simply listed below as well as to the right of their name.
4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It remains in the pop-up menu. Doing so raises one more food selection with reporting options.
5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Faucet among the complying with alternatives in the food selection:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else
6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you selected either the Pretending to Be Somebody option or the I Wished to Assist option, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "That are they pretending to be?" section.
- I Want to Help-- Tap a factor (e.g., Self-destruction or Harassment) in the "Can you give us some even more information?" section.
7. Tap Send. It's a blue switch at the bottom of the display.
8. Tap Done when prompted. Doing so validates that your record was sent.
On Desktop
1. Open up Facebook. Go to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's internet browser. This will open your Information Feed if you're already logged into Facebook.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Click the search bar at the top of the display, key in the name of the individual you wish to report, click their name, and after that click their account picture. Additionally, locate as well as click their name in your News Feed.
3. Click ⋯. It's snuggled in the bottom-right edge of the cover picture at the top of their profile web page. Doing so prompts a drop-down menu.

7. Click Send. This blue switch remains in the bottom-right corner of the window.
8. Click Done when prompted. This validates that your record has been sent.
